Not having started the old Bug since November 2009 I was amazed to find after a couple of minutes of coughing and sputtering the engine burst into life ! I left it running for about 20 minutes and all seems fine. Considering we'd had 8 inches of snow and minus 12 degrees of frost I was well pleased.
The only problem now is a faulty r/h dipped beam to sort out before an mot in early April.
I've also renewed my website so you're stuck with me for another year or so

Message from Dave and Marie Pickering, Event Organisers
Hi all, We are pleased to inform you we now have a camp site for Woburn 2010.
Marie
and myself have been running around like headless chickens. It is hard to get
others do the same.
We finally have a camping field, a pub with a very accommodating landlady Angie.
She has
offered to open the pub for breakfasts with a mixed menu as well as evening
meals.
Purely due to cost we have booked the second venue “B” this is The White Horse
at Husborne Crawley Beds. MK43 0XA.
The hired hall is across the road from the pub and camping field.
The drive is between 1 and 2 miles to the abbey more information in the next issue of Buggin.

The Showground is set against the spectacular backdrop of the Malvern Hills, an area of outstanding beauty famed for its dramatic hills and for the pure spring water that flows from them. Easily accessible from all major routes, just off the M5 motorway. An ideal venue for the rally.
